I totally disagree, perhaps you simply need to visit Indonesia at the appropriate time. I went in the dry season between May and September and it wasn’t that humid!
Although I must say the latest travel warnings are a bit concerning….

I completely disagree as well. I have been many times and not once have I had a problem with the heat. There’s a beautiful beach and I’m sure your hotel has a pool…

I disagree!! I live in Indonesia and Indonesia is a really beautiful place. There are many place that the weather is dryer.

Just spent 3 months in Indonesia and it’s absolutely awesome! Dunno if this list is a joke or not, but a lot of american travellers seem to share the plain dumbness and lack of cultural-relativity.
